- Organization and management of cooperation of departments of the Center with international enterprises and citizens;
- Participation in development of prospective of the Center;
- Development, implementation and monitoring of realization of marketing and advertising strategy on foreign markets;
- Implementation of brand-marketing strategy;
- Development of distribution channels;
- Marketing research (competitive environment, market segmentation, target audience, consumers preferences, prices, etc.);
- Development and monitoring of programs on promotion of existing and new services/products, on increasing the publicity of the company, on attracting new customers, on increasing customer loyalty;
- Control of a clients’ database and work with clients and their claims;
- Optimization and control of marketing and advertising budgets;
- Organization and control of preparation of advertising-informational materials and their placement in mass media sources, organization of the development of printed and souvenir production in accordance with the standards of corporate identity;
- Optimization and control of compliance of business processes;
- Negotiating and signing contracts;
- Organization of conferences and exhibitions, participation in them.

Developed the idea and managed the creation of the web-site of the Center.
Developed guidelines and began building a network of the distributors for the company.
Initiated and organized company’s participation in international exhibitions and scientific conferences in Jordan, Tunisia, China, France, Israel, Egypt, Turkey, and Japan. It resulted in increasing of popularity of the Ilizarov Center in the world, and rise in competitiveness and financing of the company (including the rise in the income of the enterprise).
